Being and EXTRA can be a great experience or a frustrating one. It all depends upon the project. The smaller the project, as a rule, the more FUN extras have. The larger the project the more BORING the experience is. Here is the question. Why do you think smaller projects are more fun and larger ones are not? Love to hear your feedback!
On our TV infomercial shoot for HOLLY KIA in Felton, Delaware December 27th, the temperature was about 37 degrees. But with the wind, it felt like minus 5 degrees. The Extras we hired, and the TV hosts were all troopers, not to mention the camera man, production assistants and helpers from the dealership. I just watched the video and the GLOVES holding microphones makes the me FEEL COLD. All in all a great production.
Ok, all you wanna be movie stars! We have been hiring extras for our television infomercials and struggle to do so every month. This is a site that will contain ONLY EXTRAS. So if you want to be considered for work as an extra, then submit your listing. There will be a small annual charge. The money will used to maintain the site and more importantly, for the MARKETING EFFORT to get this directory in front of companies like ours, who need to hire extras for their projects. This part of our site is the BLOG and can be seen throughout the site. So start BLOGGING AWAY! And don’t forget. If you want to be an EXTRA…then submit your three pictures and get listed today!
